About ACF Student Aid Programs & Deadlines

All 2009 Information will be available by October 31.

Albuquerque Community Foundation has 11 separate scholarship and financial aid programs to help New Mexico residents attain their educational goals.

ALL information on eligibility, deadlines and applications needed to apply for a scholarship or financial aid award is on this website, in this section. Here you will also find articles to help you in your search for assistance, on how to apply and links to other helpful sites. Be sure to check with your high school guidance counselor or college financial aid department for other possible sources of assistance and help with the application process. Unless, otherwise stated, "high school" includes students graduating from public, charter, private, parochial as well as homeschool and GED programs.

All applicants to Albuquerque Community Foundation Scholarship Programs must be:

  • New Mexico residents for a minimum of one year.

  • Attending a U.S. post-secondary, accredited, not-for-profit educational institution.

  • Some programs are only eligible for students attending New Mexico colleges/universities and some programs are available only to Albuquerque residents.

  • Reference Form included with application is optional. References are welcome to write a personal letter instead of using the form.

LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
APPLICATIONS MUST BE TYPED OR PRINTED.

ACF scholarship and financial aid awards are available ONLY to New Mexico residents and to those meeting specific criteria. Application deadlines vary between March and July. Awards begin with the fall semester.
