“Be the change you wish to see in the world.” -Gandhi
There is a "best and brightest" in every field - a diligent person who goes the extra mile and inspires others to flourish. Nonprofit organizations have their own best and brightest and many are honored every year. The Foundation has chosen to do something a little different: honor the achievements of someone who works "behind the scenes."
In 2008, the Foundation introduced the "Change Award" to recognize a nonprofit employee who is always willing to jump in and do whatever needs to be done. This individual should promote the organization's mission leading to positive change in our community.
In addition to receiving a $1,000 grant for any nonprofit, the awardee will also be recognized at the 6th Annual Great Grant Giveaway on Thursday, March 29th, 2018.
2018 Nominations are CLOSED.
